Hospital CEO Discusses Partnership with Studer Group
BREAKING NEWS - 8-22-11: Capella Healthcare's Jacksonville Medical Center named to Modern Healthcare's 2011 listing of "Best Places to Work." One of the reasons Jim Edmondson joined Capella Healthcare, taking the post as Jacksonville Medical Center CEO in 2010, was the company's commitment to service excellence, demonstrated in their investment in resources that help their hospitals. That's up from 3.35 in 2010 and 3.28 in 2009. For 30 of the 36 questions, JMC's results were in the 90th percentile of all survey participants. "I'm proud to lead such an impassioned team. In fact, I'm humbled by the results," Edmondson said. So what do you do when you're at the top? Plenty, he ...
